Once you have placed an order with Berny’s Ltd, an email will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.  Please ensure a valid email address is supplied.

 

Unfortunately, given the nature of electronic commerce, it is not possible to cancel an order placed on the website.  If you are unhappy with your goods once they have arrived, you are entitled to return your goods for a replacement or a refund. Though if the product is 100% fit for purpose as described, no transportation refund will be given.

 

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Switch(Maestro), Solo, Visa Delta Cards, Visa Electron, American Express, Cheques in GB Pounds & UK Postal Orders

 

For Small items, Including : Baseball Hats, Beanies, Belts, T-shirts, Chains, Lanyards, Wallets – Our Next day signed for service is £2.50.

 

For Medium items, Including : Bags, Jeans(junior sizes), Hoodies(junior sizes), Shorts(junior sizes) – Our Next day signed for service is £4.00.

 

For Larger items, Including : Jeans(adult sizes), Hoodies(adult sizes), Shorts(adult sizes) – Our Next day signed for service is £5.50.

 

For multiple items, the higher transport charge will apply.
However if the goods total more than £50 the postage and packaging will be free. 

 

European Delivery
Delivery to European Countries is £10.50. We use recorded delivery to ensure your items are with you within 7 days. 

 

Delivery to International Countries is £15.50. We use recorded delivery to ensure your items are with you within 7 days. 

 

Due to the nature of foreign postage we reserve the right to amend the above postage charges. We will contact you to advise you of the new costs if this is the case.

 

Orders received Monday to Friday up to 12pm will be delivered next day.  Orders after 12pm will be processed the following day.  Orders over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.  If you would like to check the status of your order, you can either email us, quoting your Reference No or alternatively you can contact our Customer Service Team on 01253 827147. If you are not in for the delivery, the carrier will leave you a card. On this card will be a phone number – So you can arrange another delivery at a more suitable time or you can collect your parcel from their local depot.

 

From time to time we may alter the pricing on www.bernys.co.uk , pricing can not be changed after your order has been accepted.  Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT.  Berny’s Ltd Vat No: 842395710

 

IMPORTANT, please ensure you write your order number on the returns form. Without this we will not know who has returned the item and it will not be processed.  With your returned item or items and return form, please send back to the address provided. We would suggest you use recorded delivery and keep a copy of your postal receipt.

 

Non Faulty items – Must be sent back in their original unused condition with tags within 14 days of the invoice date.  Once received, we will offer an exchange or full refund, bar transport delivery charge.

 

Faulty items – Must be sent back in their original packaging with return form and reason for fault.  Once received these goods will be individually checked.  If there is a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement, exchange or full refund including your transport delivery charge.

 

Berny’s Ltd are dedicated to protecting your privacy.  When you place an order with Berny’s Ltd you will need to supply us with your name, billing address, shipping address and payment card information.  We may from time to time email you any new products and special promotions.  Though we will not pass on your information to any other company, individual or third party without your permission.
